Privacy Policy — Tattoo Booking Pro App

Tattoo Booking Pro respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Tattoo Booking Pro iOS application.

1. Information entered in the app

Tattoo Booking Pro allows tattoo artists to enter information such as:

  • Artist or studio name
  • Professional name
  • WhatsApp number
  • Email address
  • Website or Instagram link
  • Minimum tattoo price
  • Tattoo styles
  • Client name and WhatsApp number
  • Tattoo size, style, body area, estimated price, date and deposit information

This information is used only to provide the app’s quoting and booking-related features.

Tattoo Booking Pro does not require users to create an account.

Information entered into the app is primarily stored locally on the user’s device. Tattoo Booking Pro does not operate its own server for storing artist profiles, client details or tattoo quotations.

2. Profile photo

Users may optionally select a profile image from their device.

The selected image is stored locally by the application and is used only as part of the tattoo artist profile.

Tattoo Booking Pro does not upload profile photos to its own servers.

3. Calendar access

Tattoo Booking Pro may request access to the device calendar when the user chooses to use calendar or agenda features.

Calendar access is used only to provide the requested scheduling functionality.

Tattoo Booking Pro does not upload the contents of the user’s calendar to its own servers.

4. WhatsApp and external sharing

Tattoo Booking Pro can prepare quotation information for sharing through WhatsApp.

Sharing occurs only when initiated by the user.

Once information is sent to WhatsApp or another external application, its processing is governed by the privacy policies and terms of that third-party service.

Tattoo Booking Pro does not access the user’s WhatsApp contacts.

5. Advertising — Free version

The Free version of Tattoo Booking Pro displays advertising provided by Google AdMob.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as:

  • IP address
  • Approximate or general location derived from the IP address
  • Device or app identifiers
  • Advertising information
  • Interaction with advertisements
  • App interaction information
  • Crash logs
  • Performance and diagnostic information

The exact information processed may depend on the user’s device settings, location, consent choices and applicable laws.

Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK may collect these types of information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, diagnostics and service performance. 

Tattoo Booking Pro does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission simply for using the application.

Where required by applicable privacy regulations, Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) may display privacy and consent options before advertising is requested.

6. Premium subscription

Tattoo Booking Pro Premium removes advertising from the application.

Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit.

Tattoo Booking Pro does not receive or store credit card numbers, bank details or other payment credentials.

Apple processes payments and provides the application with information necessary to determine whether a Premium subscription is active.

7. Data sharing

Tattoo Booking Pro does not sell users’ personal information.

Information may be processed by third-party services necessary for specific app features, including:

  • Apple, for App Store purchases, subscriptions and iOS services.
  • Google, for advertising and consent management in the Free version.
  • WhatsApp / Meta, when the user chooses to share information through WhatsApp.

These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.
Any third party that receives or processes user data in connection with Tattoo Booking Pro is expected to provide the same or equivalent level of protection for that data as described in this Privacy Policy and as required by Apple’s App Review Guidelines.

8. Data retention and deletion

Artist profiles, quotation drafts and related information stored by Tattoo Booking Pro remain locally on the device until they are edited, deleted, reset or the application is removed.

Because Tattoo Booking Pro does not maintain user accounts or its own database of artist/client quotation data, most locally stored information can be removed directly from the device or by uninstalling the app.

Information processed independently by Apple, Google, WhatsApp or other third-party services is subject to those companies’ respective retention and deletion policies.

9. Privacy choices and consent

Where legally required, advertising consent and privacy choices are managed through Google’s User Messaging Platform.

Users can also control application permissions such as Calendar access through the iOS Settings application.

Users may revoke permissions at any time through iOS Settings.

10. Children

Tattoo Booking Pro is designed for tattoo artists and professional use. It is not directed toward children.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when new features, services or privacy requirements are introduced.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
