Terms of Use — Tattoo Booking Pro App

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tattoo Booking Pro iOS application.
By downloading or using Tattoo Booking Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. Purpose of the app
Tattoo Booking Pro is a professional tool designed to help tattoo artists create estimated tattoo prices, prepare quotations, manage basic scheduling information and share quotation details with clients.
Tattoo Booking Pro does not guarantee that an automatically calculated price will be appropriate for every tattoo. The tattoo artist remains responsible for reviewing and confirming the final price offered to the client.
2. Free version
The Free version of Tattoo Booking Pro provides access to the app’s core functionality and may display advertising.
Advertising is provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
3. Tattoo Booking Pro Premium
Tattoo Booking Pro Premium is an auto-renewable annual subscription.
Premium currently provides an advertising-free experience within the application.
Additional Premium features may be added in future versions of the app.
The subscription duration is one year.
The price displayed in the application and in the App Store is determined by the user’s App Store country or region and may vary by territory, currency and applicable taxes.
4. Payment and renewal
Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store.
The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled before the end of the current subscription period, according to Apple’s subscription rules.
Users can manage or cancel their subscription through their Apple Account subscription settings.
Tattoo Booking Pro does not directly process or store payment card information.
5. Restoring purchases
Users who previously purchased Tattoo Booking Pro Premium using the same Apple Account may use the Restore Purchases option available in the application.
Subscription availability remains subject to Apple’s App Store and StoreKit services.
6. Pricing estimates
Tattoo Booking Pro provides pricing calculations based on information configured or selected by the tattoo artist, including factors such as:
- Minimum price
- Tattoo style
- Tattoo size
- Body area
- Other pricing parameters available in the app
These calculations are estimates and are intended as a professional assistance tool.
The tattoo artist is solely responsible for the final quotation, agreement with the client, payment conditions and performance of tattoo services.
7. User information
Users are responsible for ensuring that information entered into the application is accurate and that they have the right to use or share any client information entered into Tattoo Booking Pro.
Users must comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws when handling client information.
8. Third-party services
Tattoo Booking Pro may interact with third-party services such as:
- Apple App Store and StoreKit
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform
- iOS Calendar services
Use of these services may also be subject to the respective third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
Tattoo Booking Pro is not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services outside its control.
9. Availability and updates
Tattoo Booking Pro may be updated from time to time to improve functionality, compatibility, pricing tools, Premium features or security.
Features may change as the application evolves.
We may discontinue or modify parts of the application where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and Apple’s App Store requirements.
10. Acceptable use
Users must not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the application except where permitted by applicable law.
- Use the application for unlawful activities.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the application.
- Misrepresent Tattoo Booking Pro as their own software product.
11. Disclaimer
Tattoo Booking Pro is provided as a professional productivity and quotation tool.
The application does not provide medical, legal, financial or tax advice.
Tattoo services, pricing decisions, client agreements and compliance with local regulations remain the responsibility of the tattoo artist or studio using the application.

Tattoo Booking Pro is distributed through Apple’s App Store and is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement:
Apple’s Standard EULA governs the license to use the application unless a valid custom EULA applies.
